The Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) and the De La Salle University (DLSU)  forged an agreement for a capacity-building program on Civll and Harbor Engineering. PPA personnel who will undergo said program will be bestowed a Master of Science Degree on Civil and Harbor Engineering. General Manager Jay Daniel R. Santiago of PPA and DLSU Chancellor Dr. Gerardo C. Janairo signed the agreement on 4 November 2016 at the Boardroom of the PPA Corporate Office Building in South Harbor, Port Area, Manila.
