ATTY. JUAN STA. ANA IS PPA'S NEW GENERAL MANAGER

President Benigno Aquino III has appointed Atty. Juan C. Sta. Ana as the new General Manager of the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) vice Atty. Oscar M. Sevilla who retired on June 30.

A former PPA Assistant General Manager for Operation, Atty. Juan "Boy" Sta. Ana comes back to PPA to become the Port Agency's General Manager after fifteen (15)long years.

Before becoming Gen. Mgr. of the Philippine Ports Authority, Juan Sta. Ana was a Senior Vice President of F. F. Cruz & Co., and Vice President of several F. F. Cruz subsidiary corporation such as Freysinet Filipinas Corp., and F. F. Marine Corporation.
Mr. Sta. Ana earlier served as Manager of the Port District of Manila, Philippine Ports Authority from 1988 to 1995. He also served the Department of Transportation & Communication in various capacities such as Technical Assistant to the Secretary, Executive Directory of the Transportation Cooperatives, and Corporate Secretary in various corporation under the DOTC.
