Construction of North Harbor Passenger Terminal Building Starts

The construction of a Passenger Terminal Building(PTB) at the North Harbor, the country’s premier domestic port, has started as part of the Department of Transportation and Communications and the Philippine Ports Authority’s Commitment to Modernize the North Harbor and provide the sea travelling public  with a world-class facility which will not only promote the  safety, security, convenience and comfort of the passengers and other port users but a PTB that will be at par with international standards. Expected to be fully operational By 2013, the North Harbor modernization is being undertaken by its private operator, the Manila North Harbor Port, Inc.
