Develops
and provides responsive training programs for PPA staff and port personnel.
Formulates
and implements training policies, systems and procedures.
Establishes
/ maintains links with local and foreign training centers for exchange of
technology or training researches.
Provides
and / or promotes training expertise, courses and facilities.
Monitors
and evaluates effectiveness of training programs.
Maintains
and administers PPA Day Care Center and PPATC library and dormitory.
Coordinates
with port users and Human Resource Management Department to determine the
training needs.
Develops
course design for training programs.
Performs other related functions.

collates, stores and disseminates training materials.
Collects
seminar and other fees.
Undertakes
recording, stocking, maintenance, inventory and security of supplies,
materials, equipment and training facilities.

Supervises
janitorial services.
Monitors
compliance by the building lessees to the provisions of the Contract.
Processes
request for use of facilities.
Maintains
and administers PPATC library facilities.
Performs other related functions.
