• The tenure of the chairperson shall be co-terminus with his/her incumbency as the PPA General Manager.  
   

• The members/representatives from the government bodies shall be appointed by their respective agency heads and shall continue to hold seats in the Council until their successors have been appointed and/or designated. 
   

• The members/representatives from the private sector shall be designated by their umbrella organizations and confirmed by the Chairperson, and shall continue to hold seats in the Council until removed through: 

     Ü  A simple majority vote of Council members for violation of Rules and Regulations
                     in the Conduct of NPAC Affairs, and/or; 

     Ü  Designation of replacement by the umbrella organization concerned
