GENERAL
INFORMATION
The Port of Tilik is
the main entry point to Lubang island, the biggest among the group
of islands, southwest of Manila Bay and NW of the port of Abra de
Ilog. The port is situated between the town proper of Lubang,
which is about 12 kilometers to the north and the town of Looc
down south. The port caters mainly to passenger vessels plying
the Tilik - North Harbor and Tilik - Calatagan, Batangas routes.
Cargoes handled consist mostly of rice, copra and fish products
and by-products which are commonly exported while inbound cargoes
consist mainly of household consumables, crude oil, fertilizers
and construction materials.

approximately 6 -8 hours by RoRo from North harbor in Manila and
about 3 to 3.5 hours from Calatagan port in Batangas.

accessible via network of municipal and barangay roads which are
mainly bumpy and un-paved.
